Episcopal Visit to Denver Mar Thoma Church

Horeb Mar Thoma Parish Denver organized parish program along with the Episcopal Visit of the Diocesan Episcopa from June 8 to 11. A few house visits were arranged on 8,9,&10 by Rev. Reji Zachariah the vicar.  The Diocesan Episcopa conducted a baptism on 11th morning and celebrated Holy Communion on the same day evening.  This service was in English and the members came from near and far. There was a dedication service of the parish Choir. The fellowship dinner that followed gave an occasion for the members to meet the bishop.  The parish VBS for the children was inaugurated on the same date.

The visit gave an occasion for Thirumeni to visit the mountains, the lake and the park in and around Colorado.
