RELEASE OF THE DVD ON HOLY QURBANA

On September 25th, 2009, our Diocese was blessed torelease an instructional DVD on the Holy Communion. Our prayer is that God uses this teaching tool for His Glory throughout the Diocese. Theodosius Thirumeni blessed the DVD release program at Long Island MTC. Thirumeni's leadership was pivotal in getting the DVD released in a timely and effective manner. The DVD program is arranged into five lessons. The desire is to make this as a Power-point presentation for the LEAD program of the Diocese; for taking lessons for the 1st communicants; and for use in the meetings of the various church organizations. It will be good for first communicants to study the matter closely.

Rev. Biju P. Simon coordinated the resources and made it a DVD program with the help of Mr. George Mathew (Benny) and youth members of our Diocese. May the present and coming generations make use of this DVD to understand the meaning and relevance of Holy Qurbana; and use the program for the spiritual edification of all.

This DVD will be made available through the parish priests in the Diocese and it is desirable that each family owns one. More copies can be ordered by contacting the Mar Thoma Center Sinai, NY.
